Absence Notification

At GAAC, attendance is recorded during each class. In the event that a student is absent from class, the parent/guardian must notify us by filling out the following form prior to the class being missed.

Any missed classes that have not been reported through this form will result in the loss of a make-up session, and all make-up classes must be arranged within the program/school term.

* Make-up classes are only available for portfolio, drawing and painting foundation and one & one classes. For group specialty classes (e.g. architecture, fashion, animation, illustration, interior design, etc.), a student may join in one of the portfolio classes to work on your projects.
