BFA, Illustration, Rhode Island School of Design

Ocean Wong is a queer non-binary artist from Hong Kong. They graduated from Rhode Island School of Design with a major in Illustration. Ocean's work focuses on creating characters and stories that raise awareness of under-represented cultures. Having gone through IB Diploma and and portfolio preparation themselves, Ocean understands the expectations of higher education programs. Using this experience, he will push students to think outside the box conceptually and in execution of their work. He has taught portfolio prep in the US and helped many students create work that represents their personal and unique views of the world.
